Summer drinks can be taken in the gated garden of Waterloo Place, although there are plenty of wonderful places within the venue for a drinks reception for up to 250. Portland Place has a choice of spaces available, including an outdoor terrace on the rooftop, giving great views across Marylebone. Exclusive hire of the entire venue is also possible. The first floor is adorned with beautiful period features and the ground-floor suites include a traditional oak panelled library. On offer is first class catering, with flexibility to meet your needs precisely.

Another Place is a new hotel directly on the shores of Ullswater lake. Set in 18 acres of National Parkland every element of the hotel is made with the great outdoors in mind, with a quarter of a mile of private lakeshore, making it a stunning location. You can have exclusive use of the venue with marquee or tipis in the gardens. Seating is up to 70 guests in the hotel, but 150 in the grounds for a drinks reception. The in-house chefs can create your menu with wine pairing suggestions too. This is a child friendly venue where pets are also welcomed. A late licence is available on request.
